muck_a_luckSo, new computer was waiting for me at the office.
I spent the day trying to get the wireless network to work.
It still wasn't working when I left.
Luckily, everything that needs to work can still connect via ethernet cable.
Though two major problems still to solve tomorrow. Eudora and our calendar program both need to get working on my computer ASAP.
Still hoping to get the wireless network to work. But it is not a top priority.
On the plus side, all the office computers are now talking to each other again. And my old computer rebooted this afternoon, so it lives to serve another day!
Also, I took the car to the car doctor, and there was nothing wrong with it! Brakes look good, nothing apparently wrong with the engine. So just the 75k maintenance and a VA inspection and I was out the door for just over $100. Whoo hoo!
All that said, it was a very frustrating day of banging head against the wall for very little return.
