Dear Clients:

I have had a recent group of you who don't follow instructions. I have also noticed an increasing tendency to give me lip and tell me how I don't actually need the infomration that I request.

I'm not putting up with this much longer, people.

Snitty e-mails, cc'd to Boss have already gone out.

I also sternly scolded a client yesterday, in front of the boss and other members of the suite, when said client appeared in the office and acted like a jackass.

The next time I'm kicking you in the ass.

Please quit dicking around.
