The Small Boy meets Q
Feb. 23rd, 2004 09:28 amYesterday, when I went to the grocery store, The Small Boy stayed home and watched Deep Space 9 with his Daddy.
The Small Boy had never seen Deep Space 9 before, and when I left, they were sharing the arm chair under the chocolate blanket.
When I got home they were in exactly the same spot.
I put away the groceries and came in to sit down. With earnest excitement and outrage, The Small Boy informed me that the problems occuring on the station were being caused by Q, because "O'Brien checked all the systems twice, and couldn't find anything wrong! It must be Q!"
Absolutely ROFLMAO! :)

a a chocolate coloured blanket

The chocolate blanket is a blanket my Mom made that is all rich browns, subdued oranges, and deep greens. The Small Boy actually recently re-Christened it the chocolate and mint blanket. V. similar to a blue blanket she made. Quilted flannel with appliqued hearts. V. warm and perfect for one adult and one child to cuddle under. Unfortunately, no connection to actual chocolate. More's the pity.
