It's weird that she has two identities that I know. Went with that one because it's where she posted the meme and where she seems to be most active these days...

So... how did you become so interested in yoga? :-)

Ha! :p Not as interesting as your story.Even if you count the section of the story where I was *not* particularly interested in yoga, it is only about 8 months long...

uisgich goes for yoga down at the lodge in the glen fairly often. Yoga amongst the taxidermy! But I was not really that tempted, cause I thought of it as a sort of slow breathing, meditation thing and it wasn't so interesting to me, though I certainly indulged in the requisite teasing about her flexibility, sexual prowess, etc. :)

Then, when I started this diet and exercise thing I was talking to dork_elf about how quickly I was going to get tired of my favorite aerobics video. She said, "power yoga." I was intrigued. I went down to Ye Olde Regional Library and picked up Yoga for Dummies on VHS. That was cool. I then went back and got Yoga Fusion and had my first "vision" as it were. :)

And here we are today...A regular library of DVD's, can bind most of my forward bends, and eight chapters of fiction (wtf!) and counting.

Baranduin72: Though the movies suck, I love Sharpe. And the acting in those movies is uniformly excellent.
Baranduin72: And our household maintains that he was completely ripped off not to get a best supporting nomination for Boromir.
Baranduin72: Clearly the best performance in the movie.
