muck_a_luckAm now ready to say, unequivocably, that I am a 12.
I have not been a 12 since high school.
Also, did the MTV Yoga tape this morning. It isn't really a power tape, as I said previously. I did the whole thing today, as I did not previously. It has a vinyasa section at the beginning, but it's mostly hold the pose for 6 breaths type stuff.
And just to show that I'm not all about yoga!porn, hardly got a look at hot advanced guy at all today. *sigh* No time to look around the class when you're busy falling on your ass the whole practice. I hate that standing toe lock balance thingy, whatever the heck it is. Hate. Could not do it AT ALL on the left leg. The right leg was ever so slightly better, kinda. Hate.
