Writing your name in the snow

I have been bothering The Small Boy about learning to pee standing up.

I made the argument that peeing standing up is one of the advantages of being a boy.

I pointed out that if he leared to pee standing up he could write his name in the snow.

And showing a kind of logic not typically expected from men, though I secretly suspect most of them are capable of it, he said, "Why?"

Then suggested, "So that people will know who peed?"
