Thursday Workout

I cannot BELIEVE how *up* I am today! Work is stressful, I have gotten short sleep two nights in a row now, and yet I don't feel like I have a care in the world.
Yesterday was supposed to be the extreme anger day of my hormonal cycle, but I was calm all day.
Granted, I was pretty moody on Monday and Tuesday was a day of continual slight irritation.
I have worked out 6 of the last nine days, and except Monday (which was a blow out day in which I ate about 700 calories in a little more than 5 minutes, probably topping the day out around 3000, if not slightly over), my calories have been way down. Even on the weekend, I was pretty restrained (for the weekend). The week days have all been under 1800.
So. The mood lift? Hormones, or the benefit of a week of behavior change? Probably too early to tell.
