Trying to do myself a mischief
Jun. 27th, 2007 01:10 pmI did not work out on Monday, but I want to do at least three solid hours a week for diet purposes.
I really can only do Monday-Thursday for workouts.
So last night I wanted to do a full hour. I decided to do the 30-minute step routine, then both of the I Want Those Abs workouts (15 mins each), back to back. Because, yeah, my butt is kinda big and my arms are kinda weak, but my biggest annoyance is the spare tire.
Well, when I was done, I was sure I had done myself a mischief. I had the rubber legs effect, except it was in my torso. It was a bad scene.
But today, no little-old-lady effect. So. Cool, I guess.
I reconsidered my yoga plan. I thought I might do a double workout with yoga on Mondays. But actually, I should do that on Thursdays, giving me all weekend to recover, if needed. I like that idea very much and will probably do that tomorrow. Tonight, I may do the same thing I did last night, glutton for punishment that I am.
