Annoy Me Day

Was just going to write about my annoying day, but as I started itemizing the annoying things that happened, in 20/20 hindsight, none was particularly bad, on the face of it. I think it was just the sheer, massive number of small idiocies today that was getting to me. And no, not hormones today. Just lots of low level stupidity.

Two biggies stand out, though.

Firstly, if the person taking the phone message says, "Will he know what it's regarding?" in a forced, cheery tone, this means the person thinks you are a telemarketer and is considering not relaying your message at all. "Will he know what it's regarding?" in this case translates, "Tell me what the hell you want."

Just so you know.

Pissy mood

In a move very unlike myself, heavily self-censored that last post and completely deleted a follow on post. Feeling v. crabby all of a sudden. Hmmm.

Now going to do aerobics. Maybe the crabbies will go away.
