Today and planning
Sep. 6th, 2004 04:56 pmCleaned the kitchen floor. Heh. You can eat off my floor right now. Swept; mopped; scoured with brush and 409; mopped with hot water; dried with clean rags. Dinner is served! Not sure if I am happy or sad about it.
Exercised today.
30 mins step aerobics at my weight = 240 or so calories. Scrubbing floor for 30 minutes= 200 or so calories.
Have eaten pretty well all week. Around 1800 a day when I'm at work has been the norm. Been up to about 2000-2200 on the weekend. Not great, but it's hard being home with the nibblies.
If I can keep the calories about the same, but exercise daily on the weekdays, I'm going to be feeling pretty good about this diet and exercise stuff.
Tomorrow morning, up at 5am. Exercise. Shower at 6am. Computer over breakfast. Working at home by 7am. Small Boy up at 8am, fed and our the door by 8:35. Drop off 8:40. At work by 9:00-9:15.
Lets see how it goes the first day. Then lets see how long I can keep it up.
