That is a picture of one of the shelves in The Husband's "study," where all the prettiest and most dear books are kept. All told, we probably have 4000 volumes in the apartment, mostly his, mostly sci fi, fantasy, and mysteries. It's a bit like having a second child! When we apartment hunt, we always have to look for a place with an extra room... There is, of course, a Tolkien shrine in the study. (Mommmeeeee, I can't wait much loonnnnngerrrrr! Write it! *giggle*)
Well, there are two Boromirs now, so I can always play with The Small Boy's!
I put the Cuban Bread up on my journal. The trick to the bloom was getting a little out of control when I slashed the bread. I went much deeper than usual, and this was the result.
I highly recommend The Complete Book of Bread. In particular, the Frisian Sugar Bread is wonderful. You break up sugar cubes into small pieces, coat them in cinnamon, and bake them in a good white bread. Sooooo good! The cubes kind of melt, and it's a little like slicing a cinnamon roll. I have taken to nearly doubling the number of cubes, though. I have a terrible sweet tooth.

Okay, what I'm trying to say is have you got the recipe?? or you could point me in the direction of a recipe? :)
