Back on the horse

With the encouragement of The Husband, have started working out again.
Last Wednesday, then Saturday, then today, Tuesday. Not too shabby, though I'd like to be every other day. And I want to work in the yoga tape my Dad leant me.
Bad side - now I'm all sweaty adn can't shower til the morning cause Husband asleep...
Will be of steel in no time! *snert*

*sigh* I do need to address dietary issues, though. I think of myself as 160, which for some reason was acceptable. But established today that I am at least 170, which is just not. *scowls*
So, goal weight of mean, lean 145. By Christmas? Hmmmm. Then I can get preggers and shoot all the work to hell!!! Whoo hoo! *snortle*
