TUESDAY: Arms and Abs of Steel 2000 (interval section, no abs) (30 mins)
Strength training:
15 minutes abs
I was weird today because knee and legs were hurting, but I didn't want to skip weights completely. Probably starting a new pair of routines Thursday.
Strength training:
- Pushups: 2 sets, 10 x 45 degree
Seated Row: 19 x 45 lbs
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown: 25 x 45 lbs
