From Ye Olde Spam Thread

Despite some (very minor) residual stiffness from earlier in the week, I did aerobics and strength training this morning. I think tomorrow will probably be another old lady day, but am optimistic that I can work out again on Friday, and after that will not have any ill effects. We'll see. If I'm feeling good tomorrow, will take another crack at some more yoga.
Got my hair trimmed last night. For the first time in over two years. Dude. They cut off about seven inches, and it still is very long, though it does *feel* short to me, now.
Argh. And this morning, I took the "before" pictures. And measurements. And weigh in.
I took them so that I can have one of my goals being to take the "after" pictures.
Blah, blah. Am I boring enough?
