My Boss enters the blogging age

odl_blog, where he commented on a recent change in rules regarding the filing of comtempt motions for child support in the Commonwealth. Sounds kinda boring, but for those of you who are interested in legal stuff, he talks about why the orders created by the invalid motions should still be valid. (The last couple of paragraphs are more instructive than the first few.)
