They're so good when they're cooked

So. I was sitting at the computer, and the Rice Barbarian was in the kitchen, rummaging around in one of her cabinets. She comes back around the corner. First thing is see is the kind of scrunched up look on her face. Like she ate something bad. Not so much a "yuck" look, as a sort of confused look. With some yuck component.

Then I saw she was holding something. The computer area is kinda dark and she was backlit by the full light of the kitchen windows, so I couldn't really see that well. I said, "What's that?" Then she threw it down in apparent disgust.

It was a potato. With some slobber on it. And a couple of toddler tooth nibbles.

She looked so disgusted! Then she stuck out her tongue and sorta wiped it off.

ROTFLMAO! She got a big hug and a reminder that they taste better cooked.
