Commentary

Husband, to the TV: "What?! Shut up!"

Husband, much later: "I don't know why, but the commentators seem particularly inane today."

CK: "They're always inane! I don't know why you never notice."

Possibly the Patriots playing the Steelers? NFL football, anyway...

Oh dear.

Football commentary is particularly inane.

And so very very slashy.

Repeated use of a phrase like "deep penetration".

I rest my case.

You're preachin' to the chior, sister! Husband laughed at Berman, who seemingly proposed marriage to Tom Brady last week...

I tried to think of a commentator that isn't inane.
I eventually gave up.
Then I couldn't stop laughing.

Your husband watches TV with the sound turned off a lot. It's the only explanation.

Inanity

He has a very, very high tolerance for sports inanity. That's all I can think...

Sometimes that guy who does the fastest three minutes isn't too bad.

Yesterday, Husband was cussing them by name. I believe he may have said, "Fuck you, Theismann," except he so rarely says that, maybe I have projected my own bad language on him. Of course, Theismann is a *particularly* egregious case, hardly worth mentioning...
