New car! \o/ Congratulations. :-) I hope you are able to keep it clean!

I'll be curious to see what your experience is with the VW. Three years ago when I was buying it was between the VW and the Prius for me because fuel economy was my top concern, reliability number two, and I went in the Prius direction.
