Domestic day
Home with sick AG33 today.
Instead of indulging (beyond my nap this morning), I am house cleaning. Trying to get stains out of the carpet, cleaning kitchen top to bottom, folding all the clean laundry, cleaning the inside of the car, and of course, making some yummy, long rising French bread. 10 minutes beating the batter, 10 minutes kneading, first rise 2 hours, second rise 1.5 hours, shapign and third rise 1 hour. A lot of trouble for bread, but very yum bread.
