One great thing about this new place.
The dryer works.
At the old place, it took a full hour to dry sheets. Two hours to dry any other laundry. Maybe longer for towels.
Here, 40 minutes, tops, for any dryer load. It's blissful!
However, the dryer works on a dryness sensor that is not perfect. This morning, I went down to retrieve Small Boy's laundry, and all his pants were still damp.
He has been complaining all morning that he is waiting for pants.
Just now, I was going downstairs to get them. I said, "Is it time for pants?"
Small Boy said, in a very fake British accent (he's watching Doctor Who at the moemnt), "It's always time for pants."
*eyes him*
*snickers*
